With over 25 years of hands-on experience working with elite athletes and, having been an elite athlete myself, I am able to bring a personally empathic approach to injury recovery.
Using a multifaceted approach to bodywork my goal is to get your body restored to have as symmetry as possible. While employing multiple modalities and techniques I always consider your emotional and mental state to further increase the positive outcome of treatment.
For over 25 years my wife and I performed as professional ice skaters for such companies as Radio City Music Hall, Royal Caribbean, Disney on Ice, Busch Gardens Tampa, and many more. Throughout my career I sustained and recovered from multiple injuries and experienced many forms of therapeutic modalities. Once I retired from skating, I decided to make massage therapy my full-time career. By employing an empathetic multi-faceted approach to bodywork I am able to customize the therapy you need to get you on the road to recovery!
Contrary to popular belief, massage therapy or "bodywork" can alleviate most muscular discomfort issues. When muscles become dysfunctional, they pull on bones thus creating skeletal and structural issues. By releasing the tension in the muscles, the body is able to return to a natural resting state.
