After a general consultation, each session is custom tailored to fit your needs by using a multi-faceted approach involving elements from, deep tissue, myofascial release, cupping, NMR (neuromuscular reprogramming), trigger point therapy, sports massage, and many more. I also am huge believer that it doesn't necessarily have to, "hurt to heal." I always do my best to not increase the level of discomfort that the client is already experiencing.
